to keep my long hair healthy I usually use coconut oil
once a week,
I melt about 3-4 tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave.
then I spread the melted coconut oil in my hair
I usually leave it in my hair for a few hours until washing it out.
be sure to thoroughly wash it out (otherwise your hair will dry any be vary oily the next day)
the coconut oil nourishes the hair to give it a lasting shine
i'm not sure this is true, but people also say coconut oil helps hair grow longer
good luck!

I do believe sunlight helps it grow too (only saying this because i spend my summers at the pool and it tends to grow faster) also don't use heat on it (don't straighten your hair, blow dry it) heat causes split ends.

use conditioner every OTHER day. Razz so your hair isnt knotted but people say conditioner shouldn't be used. But knots can pull out hair or break it. So use every other day. and maybe try the herbal essence shampoos?

My hair grows very quickly on its own, I had a bob in 7th grade and got super long hair by the beginning of 8th grade Razz and now many years later it's very long. I just recommend to cut it regularly, by cutting the dead ends off, it allows the hair to grow longer and be healthier! Good luck!

Using only a little conditioner and then washing it out right away is stupid -- conditioner is what replenishes your hair after shampoo strips away the natural oils and stuff.

Switch to a sulfate-free shampoo and focus it on your scalp; after that, let your conditioner set on it for three minutes before rinsing.

Is your hair curly or straight, btw?  There are tricks to curly hair that aren't as helpful for straight hair.

I always double shampoo because when u do it once the dirt comes out on the outside but the second time the inner layer of old oil comes out which helps hair grow longer.
I also do hair masks I make with egg yolk or you can buy one at like a hair store(im not sure)

I bet ur hair is perfect already,

Argan oil is a good option; also, double-shampooing strips the natural oil from your hair, making it brittle and more prone to breaking off before it can grow.

My hair used to be at my hamstrings, but then I cut it up to my waist. I cut it in late June, now it's around late July as well. It's to my hip now [barely xD].
My hair grows quite fast, and I don't do a lot of stuff to my hair tbh. But some tips to keep it healthy and stuff, which can promote hair growth.
Have a healthy diet, eats foods with lots of vitamins and protein.
Don't use heat on your hair whatsoever [no curling, straightening, blow drying, etc]. Just let your hair air-dry and style it in a different way.
Use hair oils. I love using hair oils, such as Moroccan, macadamia, and argon.
Stimulate your scalp. Try brushing your scalp and hair often [focus on scalp]. Or give yourself a head massage. This will stimulate the blood circulation in your scalp.
Lastly, wear a braid to sleep. Put your hair in a braid that's somewhat loose and your hair has moisture.
Hope I helped baha. cx
