hiring a graphic artist!

Hi guys! I am hiring a graphic artist to redesign my tp and my pawpoints store potentially. For my tp, I would like there to be pictures of my Inventory of every item.i would like those pictures to be put neatly in separate categoties or clothing accessories etc. I would like it to be set up so it is easy for me to add more items when I get some. I would also like to have the category names above to different sections. Around the pictures it would be cool to have some graphics of my character dancing and such. I also want my bears to have their own section and their pictures taken. I will pay in bear codes or some items. I want this to kind of happen today. Lol.
