The Fitness Club!

Welcome to the Fitness Club!:
-In this club I will be sharing tips, workout routines, and healthy recipes for you guys to try out!
-I am no expert haha but I will do my best to provide awesome information!
-I really hope you guys love this idea for a club and I am so excited to be making this club and I hope you all join! Thanks!

1) Please do not criticize! If I messed something up you can tell me just do not be mean about it please (:

Important Information:
I just want to let all of you know about why I decided to make this club! So some reasons are:
1) Well summer is coming up and we all wanna have the bikini body if you know what I mean lol Razz 
2) Eating healthy always makes you feel better! 
3) Working out is said to clear your skin and let your hair grow!


So these are some reasons why I wanted to make this club, so we can accomplish these things (: 


Also please note **** Never put yourself down because we are all beautiful and everyone comes in different shapes and sizes and that is totally fine! Also everyone has different opinions too, like maybe you don't need to lose weight but you just want to tone, that is fine haha (:

My favorite workout is to either ride my bike, jog, walk my dog, or swim lol.

First Issue of Fitness: This issue will include a healthy lunch recipe and a quick workout to burn calories!

Healthy Food Recipe: Skinny Turkey Ranch Club Wrap  Directions: 


What you will need: 
Wheat Tortilla wrap 
2 ounces of smoked turkey
1/2 a slice of american cheese
2 slices of cooked bacon
1 tablespoon of Ranch yogurt dressing
2 tomato slices
Romaine lettuce 


Directions: 
Spread ranch dressing over the center of the wrap. Then add on your turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato, and romaine. Fold your sides and then roll it up! 


Nutrition Information: 
Serving Size: 1 wrap Calories: 307 Fat: 16 Fiber: 9 Protein: 29 




This is a great lunch recipe and its actually really quick to make! Plus making it under 400 calories is just awesome and it has a lot of protein!

Workout: 
50 jumping jacks
5 push-ups
20 crunches
20 mountain climbers
1 minute plank

Update: Hey guys a new update for the club is here: 
Okay so the update is, I will be posting regularly some tips for staying fit! It is different from the little issues I post because the Issues include like 2 or 3 things (like the main posts) in it, but since I can't post an issue every day and  I need more time making and planning them, I figured it would be nice to post tips regularly so for example I will post randomly on here saying Tip for today ________ and insert it. I really hope you like this update and thanks for reading!

TIP OF THE DAY: Drinking water helps a ton! I never really thought it could help but last night I found myself snacking a lot (oops lol) and so I drank a ton of water after and my stomach was like kinda bloated and I was like wow that is what I get for drinking water and then the next day I woke up and my bloated stomach was GONE like all the way down it looked like I shrunk! It was great!

drinking water in moderation is very important - ty.
keeping temperature at good levels also important, so when out for long walk in hotter times, I like the mist fans, as well as staying in shade as available. Waterfalls and fountains are great cooling areas...
