As most of us know our official BVB Independence Day Celebration is under way! This is a competition for either a drawing or graphic that is related to Independence Day and or Summer. The contest will run through today (June 18th) and will be ending on July 4th. The Winner will be announced the day of the Independence Celebration/Summer Bash.

I agree, this contest isn't really clear...I would've made a form but I wasn't notified about this contest.
