I was wondering, how rare is this hat on a scale of 1-10 and what items could you get for it? Also, could you get a pink heart print tee with this item?

And that hat is a 7/10, but no, you cannot get the Pink HPT from it.

You could maybe get scottie hat, satin holiday dresses, floral dresses, floral bows, puffin hat, ETC. from that item. So yeah, old bvo or rarish PSIs.
