Okay so hi guys.

I went to enter a bear code for Zecora and when I went to enter it in, it acted like an open code and gave me a list of bears to choose from. Is she just not programmed into the site yet?

I'm not sure since I've never came across this kind of issue but I guess that's possible?.. Maybe speak to BV about it? <3

Did you just buy the bear? Sometimes it takes a few days to have it work along with the receipt. I had the same problem some months back with my Spongebob bear.

Hey love!

The same problem has happened to me before with my Rainbow Dash back in August. I emailed BV Staff team. I also made a new birth certificate. So maybe that is an idea? My code was not working at all to put her online, but after making a new one at my store everything was fine! I hope Samantha's idea works too!

I think it's where the bear code hasn't been programmed in it yet, give it a few days and if it still doesn't work email vwhelp?<33 c:

I agree with everyone else. When I had my lobster, it came up as an open but that was when bunny and everything was around in open so I got bunny:) bv mailed me though with a new code though because they noticed my lobster wouldn't register. Lol.

I've had the same problem before with a bear and I called the store I bought it from and they said the store was busy at the time and because of that your code might take a few days to register.... I hope I helped!
