Support booth-idea

We should have 2-3 people who run a support booth,
since when i grow up i wanna be author/councellor/phycologist helping people with anorexia, anxiety, self harm, and what i've gone through ( which is what my book star diaries is about, its inspired by my friend molly who is going through all those like my main character demi who is called demi because that is molly's role model) i think this is a good idea and i need some support in this, not just for me, for molly

Nice idea, but it's not needed. If someine needs advice they can go to I Need Help! Or talk about their personal feelings in Open Chat or through PM! <33333 You, as meaning Shazza can still help by posting on topics that need help etc etc. Hopefully I helped <33

I think this idea is kinda cute but I do agree with Nadia, if you need help then you can go to the I Need Help! section or PM anyone for advice, everyone here will supply you with warming support<33 Thank you for the idea tho (: x

I agree with Nadia and Eleanor. It's not really needed, but it's still a cute idea. If you need help there's different things you can do to get the help you need. You can post a topic in I Need Help! or even Chit Chat, or even PM. Email is also a good way too if you feel more comfortable doing that.

I like the idea c: I think it's vital that people have a way to show their emotions and even though everyone above seems to think it isn't needed, i personally do think it's needed. There are not enough ways nowadays for young teenagers and children to express their emotions. But my only issue is that some people may not feel comfortable sharing such personal information perhaps this could be done through PMs [or emails ]instead of a thread?<3 Cute idea though c;

You're saying that there would be another rank that's for people to help?

not an official 'rank' but yeah
not like an admin rank, but maybe no colour just a little button thingy. .?

You mean a button that would be shown when you go to their profile and when they post? (like you mean the rank icons)

Well we can still make the rank, but it could be hidden, or it could just be a name that just shows helper.

Yes a hidden group seems good so long as they would have a rank that would show they were a helper... c;

Yes, we can make the group hidden, but if you go to the rank administration area in the admin panel you can make a separate rank name that can say helper or whatever we want to call it.

oh I like this idea. I'm interested in being one of these helper people if that's what y'all decide to do

Wait actually reading Anika's comment because I didn't think this through and I agree. I mean Read you can definitely be one of the helpers because you're active, but Shazza you're not active enough.

yeah lol because of my parents. maybe i could be like a part-time thingy one. . .?

Well you haven't been on since June right? So that would mean that perhaps you wouldn't be on for another month and we really need people to be active if we want to do this.

yeah only because this computer isnt in my house. i hate how this comes between my chances, of lotm, trhis or anything. but i understand if you wont give me this job but i still feel this isnt right. if you disagree talk to my parents.  

Shazza, I understand that it's hard to be active if you have things to do and stuff. But we really need people that are active. This same thing goes with the staff members, they need to be active so they can help out the forum.

i understand. but this has caused me trouble because every time i ask to come, they just ban me for longer, so hire other people. im just glad ive been listened to. thank you hazza and anika  

Well thank you so much for understanding. I know that it makes you feel upset, but if maybe you get more active in the future we can reconsider you for the job?
