heya so i was really bored today so here i am making a weird picture story.

DAILY BORDEM EXERCISE (yes that is how bored i am)


#1 STRETCHING

So here we go stretching (!)

Here we have, the rope.



Next, we have me on the trampoline (or falling from the sky.)



And here, i am very very weak. So don't mind me.



Ballerina or annoying jumping weirdo that doesn't know how to jump? dunno.
IM DANCING ON AIR - but wait where's the boy oh I scared them all away oops




Okay time for the actual workout. (i might die)



And since i was lazy, the actual exercise was only about five minutes. You're welcome.

and yes I'm aware i did all of that in ballet shoes
