Room/Condo Design Contest on Bearvile????? Pls help :)

Okay so I've heard a lot of people on bearville talk about a contest for designing a room in your condo? I heard that the cybearguides were talking about it when they were online. Could it possibly be something like when they had the contest for designing Maxine's condo? 

Does anyone know anything about this or whether or not it is even true? I would like to enter if it is real

I wasn't there, but all I know is some of the cybearguides were talking about a cub condo design contest, but there's been no official announcement. Personally I think if there was going to be a design contest with prizes it would at least be in the Bearville Times.

Yeah.  Thing is, there's nothing in the Bearville Times or elsewhere on the site to indicate the contest exists, and the format is just weird (seriously, a contest you don't even enter?).  If the Cybearguides are actually having a contest, it's entirely unofficial.
