Is this item called the fur trim coat? If not, what is the exact name? And when was it last available in BVO?

I think it was like Fur Trim Coat, or Frim Trim Outfit Top. One of those two.
And I think it was last available in 2010 or 2011? I don't remember seeing it in BVO the past few winters, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, I believe it was Fur Trim something but I'm not sure exactly what it was. xD
