if you click the camera to post, there should be another button on there... i think its red (i forget though??) and it looks like a recording camera. i think you can select it from there. the button will be on the right i think.

the video is probably too long
the time limit for videos on instagram is like 15 seconds so if its longer and you still wanna post it you can download a video editing app to shorten the video
