This is challenge 2. This challenge is different from the first one. This is a graphic challenge.

Your task is to make a welcome message that will go above the chatbox. We used to have this apart of the layout sometime last year, but we are bringing this feature of the layout back. It can be animated or not, but it has to say the forum name. You are allowed to do whatever you want, but it would be great if you make it go with the layout currently.

The deadline is July 9th at midnight eastern time.
