New ribbons idea

I had some ideas for new ribbons:

1. Idea Contributer- You can claim if you suggest at least one idea in the ideas forum. 

2. Idealist- You can claim if you suggest at least 3 ideas in the ideas forum. 

3. Idea Guru- You can claim if at least one of your suggested ideas is used on the forum. 

The names for these ribbons can definitely be changed if needed. I think this will be a great way to motivate people to suggest more ideas and make the forum a better place! c:

I love these ideas! We should definitely have this to motivate more people to suggest ideas for the forum. I'll talk about this with Lexi.
