Hovering Over Usernames

Without tagging an username, you can now hover over any username inside a thread, inside a forum, outside a forum, in general pretty much everywhere.

For example, it'll come up as this:


If you hover over yourself it'll come up as only 2 options then 3. You'll have the "view user profile" and "find all messages posted by [insert username here]."
