Help me please i need help its LITERALLY LIFE OR DEATH FOR ME

so. . .  ive been thinking, should i tell my councellor my gran said i can live with her because she wants to 'take action' on my life regarding my appointment on thursday 6th of june at 1.20pm
(the good thing is i miss P.E)

I'm not sure what "take action" refers to but I assume it's related to social services...? [idk, whack me if i'm wrong]. If that is the case, then you should tell her about your gran and how your amazingly wonderful gran is willing to help you out<3333
