Would the raincoat be fair? I could add something if not.

I'm not sure to be honest, since the raincoat is a fairly old vib item if I'm not mistaken. Is the bow from a hello kitty? If so, which one?(: If not, then where is it from?

I just realized it is a backpack, and it doesn't show up in my inventory when I trade, is it tradable? I honestly am not sure
