Sorry i wont be on....

Erm.... Hi. I won't be on over Christmas a lot, here's why:

In the UK, we've had a storm called Desmond, and it's devistating, people's houses are flooding
But last night, the storm ripped the roof off my house, pictures are circulating on the internet. My whole family escaped uninjured apart from my broken toe, because of our extrememly brave neighbour who rushed down to help us. Luckily our house is three storey so only the top floor is ruined, and our bedrooms and everything are not up there, but some of our photo albums, laptop, Christmas presents are, though of course it doesn't matter now.

I'm at my grandma's, no one is allowed in my street and the police have been there all night. They are trying to find us temporary housing. But I'm ok and I'm with my family.

I'm so sorry about your house! I was hearing the wind whistle all day but I didn't realize it was causing that much damage! I hope everything becomes okay!

I'm so sorry to hear that! I'm so so glad you're okay though. <3 yeah, a lot of my family live in Cumbria which has been so badly hit and they've been evacuated. :c I've been watching all the flood warnings on the news too. D: Stay safe! <33

thanks :c but i found out a picture fell off the wall and knocked the tap on so our house is flooded and the cieling has started to fall in...

Oh, I'm so sorry about your house. I don't live in the UK, or around it, so I didn't know about it but that has to stink:(

so sorry to hear about your loss.
Being safe with family is something to cherish and be grateful for.
We got help when our residence was destroyed in flood. that is why I go to help others in their time of need, when I can.
still have pleasant memories of that time.
Enjoy those loved ones..
