New Additions

Hey everyone! There's not many things going on currently which is upsetting, but I thought that I would add in two new small additions.
Here they are:
1) Now you can color your titles! I've colored this title to show that.
2) For help purposes, I've added in the option to put in a "solved" button so admins can know when to lock it. It would be next to "modify topic title."
