I found out from the cybearguides on bearville.  They came online and started to talk about a contest.  That's how I found out

Whenever the cybearguides are online though, it's really hard to communicate with them because there can be around/over 200 people in the same area at the same time and it would have been useful if they had publicised the contest properly rather than relying on rumours/connections... just my opinion c:
