Okay, I received an email from the Bearville team. It said, "Hi Ariel! Your Bearville family has appreciated the pawsitive suggestions. We enjoy creating Bearville and we find it very rewarding to have people like you on our side helping us out! We love to hear your stories, thoughts, and experiences. In fact, we have forwarded all your ideas to Bear Headquarters! We will get back to you soon on your request."

That's nice, but 95% of the time they don't actually follow through when you submit suggestions.  I sent an email years ago suggesting the garage and they did that, but I also suggested they expand the inventory so we're not limited to 12 pages before it stops letting you buy anything, so . . .

It's rare that reply actually... At least for me.
