Re: The Fitness Club!
Does anyone have any advice for working-out, after a hiatus of exercise?
I don't want to hurt my body with extreme exercise nor too little exercise.

Re: The Fitness Club!
This may be advice you already know, but I suggest that you take it slow and start back up a little bit each day. So maybe work out for 5 minutes the first day, then 10, then 20 and slowly increase it.Beloved♥ wrote:Does anyone have any advice for working-out, after a hiatus of exercise?

The reason I say this is because after many months of not playing tennis, I went back to playing this season and played for over an hour on the first day. Man...were my muscles sore! I couldn't even walk. D:

Re: The Fitness Club!
haven't played tennis again yet ..
watched Bruce Wayne work out (on screen) and did not have supportive thoughts ...
really like group interactions in fitness.
running around the bases with he most home runs in MLB, even the most runs .. Go Cards .. way more fun to watch.

Re: The Fitness Club!
does anyone find it hard to exercise in the winter? I seem to realize that exercising with the heater off makes it difficult to warm me up and it's just too chilly >.<

Maybe try wearing long-sleeved athletic clothing to keep warm? For me, I have gym/P.E every single day so I get my daily workout at school. But there's always gyms/fitness centers you can go to and work out and exercise in. There's tons of simple at-home workouts you can find online too. c:

Re: The Fitness Club!
I just started my spring/summer body workout this morning!
My workout includes:
-Squats 3x24
-Sit ups 2x24
-Lunges 3x10
-Donkey kicks 3x10 per leg
-Crunches 2x10
-Planks
-Running (only when it's warm outside)
-Jump rope (again only when it's warm outside)
I do this for twenty to thirty minutes, every Sunday, for two and a half months starting now. This workout focuses on the abdominal region and butt. Perfect for a 'bikini body.' Also started cutting out junk and fast food!
Does anyone else have a weekly work out routine or started trying to achieve a toned summer body?
