[solved]GIF making help! Empty [solved]GIF making help!

So I've been wanting to re-size some GIFs for quite a long time , but I don't have Photoshop. I got a gif plugin for paint.net , but it makes the GIFs look really grainy and takes a long time to do. Does anyone know of a alternative program/website that is free and will allow me to re-size GIFs without a watermark?

ezgif.com really helps me. It allows you to do a lot with a gif, and it doesn't add watermarks.

I use it a lot when I don't have Photoshop with me.

I'm not sure. I'd probably go with the alternative that Gabby has mentioned but I usually use PhotoShop for gifs.
