Tip of the Day: So my tip of the day is to..... *Drum Roll* Try out the app called Pump Up! Omg the pump up app is AMAZING! It is basically instagram except it is all for working out! People post pictures of what they ate and also how many calories they burned and it is just a really nice app to find motivation. Also it allows you to build your own workouts on the app and you can start the workout and after the workout it tells you how many calories you burned from that workout and then you can post a picture saying look what I just did and it will tell everyone you burned that many calories and what workout you did <3
I really hope you guys try this app out! It is free and it is awesome! At first I was like oh it is probably another app that I will just delete after a week but I just love it !

Update:Sorry I have be inactive lately! I am trying to get active again, I just have had a lot of family plans going on but I am starting to build a newsletter for my fitness club! I am trying to edit it so I can make it perfect for you guys as well!

Hello everyone! You are currently reading Newsletter #2!
Workout before shower:
~50 jumping jacks
~5 pushups
~20 crunches
~20 mountain climbers
~30 second plank
Healthy Smoothie Recipe:
-Ingredients-
~1 cup of Strawberries (halved)
~1/2 cup of Watermelon (sliced)
~1/2 cup of Almond Milk
-Directions-
~In a blender, pour all of your ingredients in and blend well and Voila! You are done! Enjoy!
***Notes***
~This smoothie is super healthy and enjoyable!
How I stay motivated:
~The apps- Pinterest, Pump Up, and We Heart It have tons of motivation! Just type up workouts or fitness and you will have tons of ways to stay in shape and tips and tricks as well!
~My playlist- I made a playlist for when I run! I run in the morning and night for 10 minutes just so I stay healthy!
Playlist songs:Classic (MKTO), Ridin' Solo (Jason Derulo), and Trumpets (Jason Derulo).
By the way these three songs=10 minutes (:
Tips:
~Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water every day!
~Running in the morning and again at night will help burn more calories.
~Get a fitness buddy to work out with so you always stay motivated!
