I stopped after getting injured and it's been hard to make a commitment now D:

i wish i was as committed as you!! i go to the gym for an hour about 3-4 times a week and have for months now, but i normally stick to treadmill, weight lunges, and sit ups. teach me your ways

Recently, I stopped doing the routine. I'm now focusing more on gaining muscle! I've been doing 50-60 squats a day along with lifting a few weights. Also eating a lot of protein to help with muscle/weight gain.
