Fandomtopia Shopping Mall Rules

Please read ALL rules carefully. Once you have done so, please sign stating that you agree. You will have access to the shopping forum shortly after signing.

1. Follow ALL forum rules.

2. Scamming or hacking is NOT allowed under any circumstances. Both the buyer and seller must agree to a price for the items. If you do not agree with the price set forth by the seller, simply do not buy the item in question!

3. The buyer must make their payment right before the seller is getting ready to ship the item(s) in order to ensure that both parties follow through with the process.

4. This DOES require trust from both the buyer and seller, so only purchase from buyers you trust and only sell to customers you trust. The admins will do their best to keep this section accessible only to people who have proven themselves trustworthy, but we cannot guarantee this of course.

5. PARENTAL PERMISSION is required for anyone under the age of 18. This involves real money. If your parents are not okay with you buying or selling, don't do it.

6. The only acceptable forms of payment at this time are Paypal and E-Gift Cards. If you want to use another method of payment, you must PM an admin to get permission.

7. If you are buying a real-life item, you MUST be willing to provide the seller your shipping address and Paypal/payment Info. The seller also MUST be willing to provide the buyer with their payment information.

8. If you are selling, your shop needs to include prices for all items, country that you reside in, shipping costs for certain items, etc.

9. Please note any shipping costs involved! If you are buying, you will need to pay for shipping in addition to the item cost (unless the seller is providing free shipping). International shipping costs can become quite expensive so keep that in mind.

10. If you could provide a tracking number to the buyer, that will inform them of the location of their items. A tracking number is not required, but it will provide customers with a peace of mind knowing their items are on the way.

11. Have fun and be safe! Use your common sense and don't make a purchase or sale if something seems fishy!

12. Please contact an admin ASAP if any signs of scamming arise or if you have any questions.

13. If you wish to copy and paste in an Etsy link to sell your products please get permission from an admin first.

A failure to break any of these rules results in automatic suspension from the Fandomtopia Shopping Mall, and further possible actions may be taken.
